We often lose touch with our authentic selves to conform to family dynamics and societal expectations. Unfortunately, this disconnect can lead to significant stress and tension within our bodies and minds.

Many of us were raised in environments that lacked an emphasis on introspection, guidance, and awareness of how to tune into our emotions, express ourselves, and honor our true identities. As a result, we experience a disconnection between our minds and our bodies. Instead of learning to nurture ourselves, we often find ourselves merely surviving our circumstances, detached from our emotions, needs, and our authentic selves.

I created the program “Return to Yourself” after hearing countless clients express their desire to reconnect with their true selves. This initiative emerged from a deep understanding of the necessity to address both the body and the mind, as well as our emotions, to facilitate genuine reconnection.

During this transformative 5-day retreat, my colleagues and I will guide you back to your authentic self through a structured, needs-based program that includes yoga, bodywork, breathwork, and psychotherapy. Our aim is to calm your nervous system and alleviate the tension and resistance that have taken root in your mind and body. By soothing the nervous system, we create space for our inner child to surface and express itself. This nurturing process allows us to confront our vulnerability, leading to a reconnection with the parts of ourselves that have remained unconscious and repressed.

Playfulness and Authenticity
